ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.417 of 2011 pending before Oragadam Police Station, Oragadam, Kanchipuram District.

2. Heard Mr.R.Prabhakaran,[Party-in-person] and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.No.417 of 2011 has been completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 15.09.2016 and the RCS notice has also been served on the de facto complainant.

4. The Registry is directed to send the records immediately to the trial Court, so that the police can file a closure report before the trial Court.
