BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, M-3, PUZHAL POLICE STATION, PUZHAL, THIRUVALLUR DISTRICT (CR. NO. 83 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order passed by this Honble Court on 31.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6872 of 2020, petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the same was modified in Crl.M.P.No.7635 of 2020 on 16.12.2020 petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7635 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6872 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7635 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6872 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
