By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the Vice President of Kottlapakkam Village Panchayat and he submitted a representation dated 16.03.2015 to the respondents 1 to 5 against the respondents 6 and 7, namely President and Secretary of the local body stating that his signature has been forged and amounts have been misappropriated and since it has not been favoured with any response, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Ansar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 5.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2015, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2015, after putting on notice the petitioner and the respondents 6 and 7 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the respondents 6 and 7.
