Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.13281 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.18738 of 2021 vide order dated 14.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.13281 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.18738 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation.
