By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that his father died on 17.02.1992 and his mother also died on 09.06.2005 and they left behind five sons and one daughter as their legal heirs including the petitioner and one of the legal heir, namely Mr.K.Albert has died on 05.01.2000 as a bachelor and the petitioner submitted an application to the respondent dated 04.02.2015 for issuance of Legal Heirship Certificate and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.S.Dhinesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's application/representation dated 04.02.2015, directs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 04.02.2015 seeking for Legal Heirship Certificate and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
