This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to deposit the cost specified in clauses - B & C of the order. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that total cost works out to a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- and the petitioners were able to muster only a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- till now and is willing to deposit the same immediately. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that some more time is required for depositing the balance cost as directed by this court.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the time limit fixed by this Court in clause-C is modified as follows: ''C. The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 29.03.2021. The balance cost as calculated in accordance with clause - b shall be deposited on or before 19.04.2021.

The Court below shall take into consideration this modification and adjourn the proceedings accordingly. It is made clear that if the petitioners fail to deposit the amount as modified by this Court, the default clause in the order, namely clause-F will come into operation.''
