Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in No.7618/PJN/Estt./E2/MACP/2013-14 dated 15.05.2013 and the consequential order of recovery passed by the Respondent in No.PJN/Estt/E2/MACP/Recovery 2013-14 dated 15.05.2013 and quash the said orders and direct the respondent to restore the first financial upgradation granted under the ACP Scheme with effect from 13.06.2006 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
