Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to dispose of the above O.S.No.120 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court and pass orders. ORDER

This petition is filed to dispose of the above O.S.No.120 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur.

2. The facts of the case is that there was some dispute in the subject property due to which the petitioner has filed O.S.No.120 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur and the same is pending for more than 7 years. Hence the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to dispose of the same expeditiously.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject property originally belongs to him and private respondents created fraudulent documents and grabbed the property, due to which he has filed the suit and the same is pending. He further submits that due to the dragging of the suit without passing Judgment he was put to great loss. Hence prays to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the Learned Judge, District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur. is directed to dispose of the I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in O.S.No.21 of 2022 on or before 31.03.2024 without giving unnecessary adjournments

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
