This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.333 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23490 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial apart from the court hearing dates by an order dated 22.01.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.12(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23490 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.333 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23490 of 2023 dated 22.01.2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
