ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2016 vide CSR No.129/W8 AWPS/2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the wife against her husband, the petitioner enquiry in CSR No129 of 2016 was conducted and closed on 15.04.2016 by the respondent. He also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
