ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 2 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2024 and pay the petitioner's gratuity benefits with interest and fixed deposit.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner had joined as Driver in the fourth respondent Temple and retired from his service on 30.04.2023. Though the petitioner was granted pension, he was not disbursed with gratuity benefits. Further, he was also not settled with the fixed deposit amount.
4. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and disburse the gratuity benefits with applicable interest, if any and fixed deposit amount, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
