Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to give any police assistance to 4th respondent for removing machineries, materials, semi finished goods from their factory at Seevaram and thereby defeat the rights of livelihood of the workers and also interfering with the various industrial disputes between the 4th respondent and the petitioner union pending before the 1st respondent.
