2. The captioned petition filed by her husband Mr.Dheivasigamani.

3. We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.Ponmari Selvi. She says that she wishes to remain in the company of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner says he does not wish to press the captioned petition any further.
