O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the Family Pension as admissible has not been paid to the writ petitioner. 2.The husband of the writ petitioner late.Sri.I.Lakshmanan was employed as Driver in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem Limited) and retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2013. Thereafter, he passed away on 21.11.2014. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner submitted an application, seeking family pension as admissible under the Rules by way of representation dated 16.02.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the application seeking family pension is yet to be considered and the writ petitioner is suffering along with her children.

4.Under these circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.02.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
