The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.20 of 2024 with respect to an occurrence said to have been taken place on 09.02.2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the accused had approached the defacto complainant stating that there were young girls in a SPA. It is stated that the defacto complainant then went over to that particular place and verified and thereafter, he had given a complaint. Four victim girls have been rescued.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.
