Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2016 and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.No representation for the petitioner.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered in Crime No.97 of 2016 on 26.06.2016 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 323 IPC on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.06.2016. The said statement is recorded.
