(Order was made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) After hearing the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to treat this writ petition as representation of the petitioner and to ensure that no water pollution is caused by the prawn farms in Vellapallam and other villages in Nagapattinam District. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.12805 of 2018 is closed.
