ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2020 enabling the petitioner to obtain necessary clearance certificate from the third respondent for the purpose of joining duty at the office of the second respondent as Assistant Engineer/Electrical.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no objection certificate has been received by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Page No.2 of 4
