ORDER

The writ petition was filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date on which he completed ten years of service on daily wage basis with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.
