(R3 to R7 impleaded as per order dated 11.04.2014 in M.P.No.3 of 2012 in W.P.No.4271 of 2012) PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pursuant to the Memo on the file of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.28264/Pa2/2011 dated 19.10.2011, quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to prepare a fresh common panel from among the Assistants, Store Keepers and Accountants based on their seniority in the feeder category, by excluding the temporary promotions effected under Rule 10(a)(i) and 39(a) 1(a), of Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules, for the promotion to the post of Superintendent and Office Manager, and to reaffix the seniority of the petitioner by issuing rectification orders to rectify the mistake of facts in accordance with Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules.
