Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

SHARATH CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner has taken out application for taking substituted service. 2.The petitioner was directed to take private notice on the respondents apart from Court notice. Since service could not be completed on R1, the present application has been filed. 3.The petitioner is directed to take publication in one issue of any English daily as well as vernacular having circulation within the city of Chennai, informing the respondents that the next date of hearing will be four weeks from today.

3.The stay already granted on 06.02.2019, stands extended till then.
