ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- [This case has been heard through Video Conference] The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable u/s 420 and 406 of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.No.3287/257/SP/2021 is pending against the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or otherwise close the petition enquiry. Till such time, the petitioners shall not be arrested by the respondent police.
5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions.
