2. R.Baburajan .. Respondents This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the appellant Mr.Ramya V.Rao and the learned counsel for the second respondent M/s.R.Sri Vidya are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both the parties and counsel represented. The Petitioner has preferred the present appeal. Aggrieved against the award of Rs.09,06,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Six Thousand only).

2. Now the parties agreed to settle the amount for Rs.8,31,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Thirty One Thousand only) with interest 7.5% per annum and also the cost.

3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the modified award amount and cost, less than the amount already deposited, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,

4. On such deposit the claimant is entitled to withdraw the entire amount.

5. The Tribunal is directed to issue the award amount through NEFT/RTGS to the party concerned on proper identification in accordance with the terms of the award, without insisting on any formal permission petition.

6.The appeal is ordered accordingly. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous appeal (SR) is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
