(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, mother of the detenue Hemalatha, aged 19 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of her missing daughter before this Court and to set her at liberty.

C.T.SELVAM, J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., AP Detenue Hemalatha has been produced by the 2nd respondent police before this Court today. On enquiry, she stated that she is a major, aged 19 years and also has informed of having taking up residence with her friend on her own volition.

The said submission of the detenue is recorded. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
