Crl.O.P.No.5669 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.No. 3210 of 2020 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 12.03.2020, passed in Crl.P.No.5669 of 2020, paragraph 3 of the order shall stand substituted as follows:

"The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.67 of 2020 before the Court below, seeking for the release of the petitioner's daughter and the same is kept pending on the ground that the P.O. report is yet to be filed before the Court. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition has been filed before this Court."

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition number also may be corrected in the last page as "Crl.O.P.No.5669 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.No.3210 of 2020 "

4. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 12.03.2020, shall remain intact. Registry is directed to carryout the above corrections and issue order copy a fresh.
