The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner had already vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the respondents.

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
