ORDER

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

2.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.3 imposed on the petitioner vide order in in Crl.MP.No.17503 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.26133/2024 dated 10.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders; and the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner vide order in in Crl.OP.No.866 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
