These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2566 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th defendant, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 to 11 as defendants 8 to 12 in the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. The proposed parties are being the legal heirs of the deceased 4th defendant, they have to be impleaded in order to proceed further.
