Affidavit of undertaking filed by the learned Senior counsel for the plaintiff is taken on record.

2. Notwithstanding the objections raised by the parties in regard to passing of further orders, the following direction is issued: The Advocate Commissioner, who was already appointed by this Court is directed to engage the service of Civil Engineer, measure and demarcate the property and shall file a report within a period of four weeks from today.

3. It is also represented by the learned Senior counsel for the applicant/plaintiff that payments are due to the security staff. The Advocate Commissioner. is directed to settle whatever payment due to the security staff. The Advocate Commissioner is also directed to return the security deposit to the contractor forthwith.

4. Upon filing of the report by the Advocate Commissioner, further orders will be passed based on the submissions made by the parties. 30.06.2017 msk V.PARTHIBAN,J.
