ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2024 pending before the 1st respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the property, however, patta has been issued in favour of the third respondent. Hence, he filed an appeal as against the order of the second respondent before the first respondent on 08.02.2022, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, seeks a direction.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal dated 08.02.2024 filed by the 2/4

petitioner and dispose of the same by passing appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the third respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
