The learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, passed the following orders on 21.06.2011 in C.C.No.4662 of 2005.

"FINAL ORDER DATED 21.06.2011 The complainant had failed to appear in spite of directions and opportunities. Final notice to complainant had been sent through court and private notice. Both the notices are returned as left. Only the representing counsel appears and filed 256 petition in some hearing and then no representation on the side of complainant from nearly 2008.

The matter is of the year 2005.

Hence the petition is dismissed. "

2. Challenging the above orders, the present appeal is filed in the year 2011. Till date notice has not been served on the accused. There is no representation on behalf of the complainant.
