This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead Indian Overseas Bank, ARM Branch, Chennai - 1, as fourth respondent in the above writ petition.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the prayer sought by the petitioner is granted. This petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 24.04.2023 for hearing along with W.P.No.33288 of 2013.
