ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19100 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel for respondents that pursuant to the above orders of this Court dated 11.06.2025, the appeal has been disposed of vide order dated 15.04.2026 and would thus submit that no contempt would lie.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for petitioner sought liberty of this Court to challenge the order dated 15.04.2026.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents in the manner known to law. No costs.
