Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent, comprising of the Circular dated 28.10.2013 bearing No.16345/C2/2013 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and ultra vires the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the Registration Act, 1908. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent, comprising of the Circular dated 28.10.2013 bearing No.16345/C2/2013 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and ultra vires the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the Registration Act, 1908. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
