Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 17.3.2015 in a time bound manner.

With consent of both side, the main writ petition itself has been taken up for final disposal.

2 Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the property belonging to the petitioner, the name of the second respondent has cropped up without notice to the petitioner in the adangal extract. Therefore, the petitioner made representation on 17.3.2015. Despite the same, the matter has not been looked into by the first respondent and pass appropriate order.

3 Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, dated 17.3.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner as well as the second respondent.
