Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 33 cents out of total extent of 97 cents in S.No.118/2 at Thevalambapuram, R.K. Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District and assign sub division, issue separate patta in the petitioner's name considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 33 cents out of total extent of 97 cents in S.No.118/2 at Thevalambapuram, R.K. Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District and assign sub division, issue separate patta in the petitioner's name considering his representation dated 12.02.2020.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 15.04.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the respondent herein. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
