ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application dated 18.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. He would submit that earlier, the petitioner had sought for survey and demarcation of the very same property and on the request of the petitioner, survey and demarcation of the property was done by the Tashildar.
3.Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 to 6, notice to respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with.
4.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that till date no survey report was furnished to the petitioner in respect of the earlier survey conducted over the property.
5.Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a survey report will be furnished to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 is recorded. 6.Since the survey has already been conducted, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to serve a copy of the survey report to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
