By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the properties in S.No.578/A/10-26 cents situate at Kannigaiper Village, Utthukottai Taluk and he is in possession of the same and he submitted an application dated 21.03.2015 to the second respondent seeking to survey and measure the property for the purpose of obtaining patta and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2015, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2015, after putting on notice the petitioner and the persons concerned and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and the persons concerned.
