O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is brought to our notice that an order was passed on 13.07.2015 transferring 3 teachers. But the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ had claimed a shortfall of 45 teachers.

2. The respondent to inform the petitioner after making the assessment as to whether the shortfall is 45 or less or more and in how much time do they expect the remaining staff to be deputed. At request of the learned Government Pleader, four weeks' time is granted from today for the said purpose.

3. The Contempt Petition, accordingly, stands closed.
