ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court by order dated 12.03.2019 had directed the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, to complete the proceedings in Spl. C.C.No.17 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, a request has been placed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, by proceedings in D.No.1051 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 seeking for extension of time for two months.

2. In view of the above, time is granted and the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, is directed to complete the proceedings in Spl. C.C.No.17 of 2017 within a period of two months from today.
