The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused as stated in the complaint dated 04.03.2022 in Crime No.42 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pathirvedu Police Station, Thiruvallur District and file a fresh FIR.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.42 of 2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been registered by the respondent for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Naud Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. He would further submit that the investigation is pending and if necessary, taking into consideration the materials avaialbe including the medical report, the case will be altered in accordance with law.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
