This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the original copy of the judgment and decree dated 17.12.2020, passed in O.S.No.229 of 2012 by the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition stands allowed.

3.The petitioner is required to produce the certified copy as and when he obtains the same.
