Even though the matter is listed today under the caption "For dismissal" again there is no representation for the petitioner till 03.30 p.m. It shows the unwillingness of the petitioner to prosecute the matter further. Hence this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition for nonprosecution.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
