This petition has been filed to allow the withdrawal petition filed by the petitioner with respect to Shed No.5 situated in S.No.6/5 and Shed No.6 situated in S.No.6/6 and patta No.148 and 384.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the petition and hence, the petition is allowed.
3.The Registry is directed to delete the name of the petitioner/5th petitioner in W.P.No.3240 of 2019, viz., T.Srinivasan, from the cause title.
