O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in S.A. No. 2213 of 2004, the claim made by the Petitioner for permanent injunction in respect of the property had been rejected by this Court. In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner sought for issuing Patta for the aforesaid property. Since the Civil Court has rejected the claim of the Petitioner in respect of the land, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought liberty to withdraw the Writ Petitioner with a permission to make a representation for assignment of the land in any scheme meant for ex-servicemen and she has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
