C.M.P.No.14481 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.961 of 2016 T.RAJA,J.

This petition is filed with a prayer to direct the Registry to send the Lower Court records in M.C.O.P.No.77 of 2014 to the file of the III Additional District Court, Virdhachalam.

Learned counsel appearing for the claimant submitted that such a direction may be given only for a period of two weeks, so as to facilitate the claimant to withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest.

Finding no serious objection from the other side, Registry is directed to send the Lower Court records in M.C.O.P.No.77 of 2014 to the file of the III Additional District Court, Vridhachalam only for a period of two weeks, to enable the claimant withdraw the award amount deposited with interest.

It is made clear that once the amount is withdrawn by the claimant within two weeks, Registry shall ensure return of the original records.
