ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under section 7 (1),(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1988 and Section 420 of IPC, 1860 in Crime No.79 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein by apprehending arrest by the respondent herein since A1 was arrested with 10 lottery tickets and cash of Rs.1,330/- and he implicated the petitioner as an agent who used to sell the banned lottery tickets on behalf of the arrested accused.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having 6 previous cases of similar nature and he is absconding and he is the person who sells the banned lottery tickets to the general public and procuring it from the arrested accused viz., A1.

In view of the above fact, this Anticipatory Bail Petition is dismissed.
