ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the petitioner in the application filed in I.A.No. 2 of 2025 in O.S.No.101 of 2025 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Pollachi, Coimbatore District seeking for the relief of interim injunction restraining the respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that he had filed the application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in the month of April 2025, but so far, it was not disposed of. Therefore, he prayed to direct the trial court to dispose the application as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the application is pending from the month of April 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to dispose the application as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
