(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) This application is filed to permit the Power of Attorney Agent of the third defendant to appear and act on behalf of the third defendant in CS.No.491 of 2007.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Power of Attorney Agent has stated that he is the newly appointed Power of Attorney of the third defendant. The Special Power of Attorney dated 25.07.2022 executed by the third defendant in favour of the agent is produced before this Court along with the application. It shows that the Power of Attorney Agent is authorised to sign on behalf of the third defendant in vakalt, rejoinder or any other pleadings or applications that may be required to be filed before any Court or Tribunal and engage any counsel in the suit, petition or application.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also no serious objection from any of the respondents, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4. In view of the fact that this application filed on behalf of the third defendant is allowed, the Registry is directed to number the application filed to condone the delay in filing written statement, if it is otherwise in order and post the same along with the suit on 31.03.2023 at 2.15 p.m. (S.S.S.R.J.,) (P.B.B.J.,) 28.03.2023 pvs Page No.2/3
