By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners dated 20.05.2023. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioners is that despite the patta transfer order has been issued by the first respondent, it was not transferred in the 2/4

name of the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners had filed an appeal dated 20.05.2023 before the fourth respondent. But the same has not been considered by the fourth respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 20.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
